On 14 December 2021, Falck Renewables (now Renantis) and BlueFloat Energy announced the creation of Minervia Energia, an ad hoc project company to develop a 45‑turbine, 675 MW floating offshore wind farm in the Gulf of Squillace off Catanzaro, Calabria. Subsequent project profiling notes that BlueFloat Energy and Renantis each hold a 50% stake in the Minervia Energia project.
