Description
Deutsche Offshore Consult GmbH (DOC) provided specialist supervision and technical support for the Merkur Offshore wind farm’s inter-array cable work. DOC’s scope included monitoring cable production in Sweden and Norway, providing onshore and offshore site supervisors, and supervising cable lay, burial, connection activities and subsequent offshore testing. DOC also supported the project during the design phase and continued through fabrication, installation and commissioning activities, and it additionally carried out UXO supervision for Merkur during 2016/2017.
