Deutsche Offshore Consult (DOC) began providing unexploded ordnance (UXO) supervision services for the Merkur Offshore wind farm around the turn of 2016/2017, taking responsibility for overseeing UXO-related activities at the North Sea project site as part of early site preparation for later construction works.
