On 20 December 2022, The Renewables Infrastructure Group (TRIG) acquired a further 11% equity interest in the Merkur offshore wind farm from funds managed by InfraRed, increasing TRIG’s holding in the project to 36% of equity and making Merkur approximately 6% of TRIG’s portfolio by value.
