By 2024, Med Wind secured approval of the Soluzione Tecnica Minima Generale (STMG) with Terna for all four Med Wind lots, confirming the allowable injection capacity to the Italian Rete di Trasmissione Nazionale (RTN) for each sub‑project and enabling detailed design of the offshore and onshore cable system and user substations.
