Eneco and Mitsubishi Corporation signed a partnership agreement to jointly develop and operate the Eneco Luchterduinen offshore wind farm as a 50/50 venture, with 43 Vestas V112 turbines totalling 129 MW located 23 kilometres off the Dutch coast between Noordwijk and Zandvoort. The agreement also established a broader long-term partnership between the companies for offshore wind activities in Europe.
