On 21 January 2013, Eneco and Mitsubishi Corporation confirmed Van Oord as the main offshore contractor for the 129 MW Eneco Luchterduinen wind farm, assigning it responsibility for the turbine foundations, the offshore electrical infrastructure and transformer station, and for providing the installation vessel for the 43 turbines.
