On 5 August 2015, Bandweaver was awarded a contract by Centrica to supply a real‑time thermal rating system, integrated with two distributed temperature sensing systems, to monitor and protect Lincs offshore wind farm’s two 60 km, 220 kV twin export cables, with data exported into a Siemens SCADA system in partnership with Sensornet.
