Description
Scaldis was contracted by Lincs Wind Farm Limited to install the offshore substation platform for the Lincs offshore transmission assets. Its scope covered the offshore installation of the steel lattice jacket and topside platform for the single 132/33kV offshore HVAC substation that collects power from the wind farm array and connects to the export cables. This installation work formed part of the construction phase of the Lincs OFTO assets prior to their transfer to the licensed OFTO owner.
