The fourth Estonia–Latvia interconnection associated with the ELWIND hybrid offshore wind project was included in the European Commission’s 2023 list of Projects of Common Interest / Projects of Mutual Interest (PCI/PMI), a designation that makes the project eligible for future Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) co-financing for its transmission infrastructure.
