Arva AS plans to commission the new Øresvik transformer station, equipped with control and switching systems from Siemens Energy AS and transformers from EB Energi AS, in Q1 2027. The station, built with 2x50 MVA 132/33/22 kV transformers and associated GIS equipment, will increase capacity for growing aquaculture demand on Lovund and Træna and is connected via a new 33 kV line to the sea cable in Kvina and to the upgraded network station on Lovund.
