Description
As part of Energinet.dk’s DKK 250 million procurement of AC components for the Kriegers Flak grid connection, Siemens received a contract to supply reactor equipment for the associated power stations. Siemens is responsible for manufacturing and delivering high‑voltage reactors that provide reactive power control and voltage support within the Danish onshore substations connected to the Kriegers Flak offshore network. This equipment underpins stable operation of the Kriegers Flak Combined Grid Solution interconnector between Denmark and Germany during the construction and energisation phase.
