Energinet awarded Hellenic Cables a contract for the KBH02 “København02” project to provide the complete 145 kV cable system connecting Amager Power Plant to Svanemølle substation in Copenhagen, including design, manufacturing, supply, transportation of about 11 km of XLPE-insulated submarine cables, related accessories, and supervision services from its Corinth, Greece production plant, with manufacturing expected to finish in autumn 2021.
