Bladt Industries A/S was selected to construct, deliver and commission the offshore transformer substation for the Kaskasi offshore wind farm, acting as main substation contractor. Working with partners including Semco Maritime and ISC, Bladt’s scope covers the topside and its integration with the monopile foundation, providing the 325 MW offshore substation that will collect power from 38 turbines and route it to the HelWin2/HelWin Beta grid connection.
