In April 2024, RWE signed six additional long-term power purchase agreements with major industrial customers—DHL Group, Ensinger, Evonik, Infraserv Höchst, and Thyssenkrupp Steel Europe—for electricity from the Kaskasi offshore wind farm. The PPAs, arranged by RWE Supply & Trading, cover around 1,000 GWh of green power per year starting from 2026, further underpinning Kaskasi’s revenue base with diversified industrial offtakers.
