The Johan Sverdrup partners took an investment decision in the third quarter of 2018 for the second development phase’s power-from-shore area solution, covering additional 200 MW capacity to supply Johan Sverdrup and nearby fields. This Final Investment Decision enabled submission of the plan for installation and operation (PAD) for the electrification area solution, targeting start-up in 2022.
