Enshore Subsea secured the export cable installation contract for the Inch Cape offshore wind farm. Enshore Subsea’s scope included installation of the two 85 km, 220 kV, three-phase subsea export cables, including transfer from port to site, cable lay and burial, support during offshore field jointing, deployment of the cable protection system, pull-in operations, and installation into both the transition joint bay at Cockenzie and the offshore substation. Cable laying was to be carried out using the cable lay vessel CMOS Installer.
