Burness Paull advised, alongside Norton Rose Fulbright, the 22-bank lending syndicate on the circa £3.5–£3.6 billion financing for the 1.1 GW Inch Cape Offshore Wind Farm as the project reached financial close. The legal work covered due diligence across multiple areas and input on the finance and security documentation for the lender group.
