On 6 June 2011, Repsol Nuevas Energias SA announced the acquisition of SeaEnergy Renewables Limited (SERL), the parent of Inch Cape project company SERICL, from SeaEnergy PLC, subject to shareholder approval, thereby transferring control of the Inch Cape development to Repsol via a 100% purchase of SERL.
