In January 2024, Inch Cape Offshore Wind Limited signed capacity reservation agreements with Dajin Offshore Heavy Industry and CNOOD‑Wenchong Heavy Industries (CWHI) for the project’s XXL monopile foundations, contracting Dajin to deliver 22 monopiles and CWHI 32, while COOEC‑Fluor Heavy Industries (CFHI) was confirmed as supplier of 18 three‑legged jacket foundations and associated transition pieces for the 72‑turbine wind farm.
