In early March 2026, the first three of Inch Cape’s 18 three-legged jacket foundations, fabricated by COOEC-Fluor Heavy Industries (CFHI), arrived at the Port of Leith on the heavy transport vessel Hua Yang Long, to be stored and later installed offshore by the heavy lift crane vessel Seaway Alfa Lift.
