Description
Smulders performed fabrication, assembly and fit-out for the Inch Cape offshore substation platform (Siemens Energy OTM®) and its 68-metre jacket foundation at its Wallsend (Newcastle) yard. The work covered manufacturing and integration activities over approximately 18 months, with support from UK subcontractors, prior to offshore sail-away and installation.
