JBA Consulting supported the Inch Cape project by using its strategic and operational planning software (ForeCoast) to simulate and inform key installation phases, including foundations, inter-array cables, offshore substation platforms, export cables and wind turbine generators. The work was used to compare proposed installation strategies against key performance metrics such as capital expenditure, operational expenditure and weather-related constraints to reduce project risk and improve execution planning.
