The entry set out the Tourbe–Chilling HVDC subsea link as a mid‑term project (1000 MW capacity referenced), documented its role in increasing GB‑FR interconnection capacity and presented the project's Cost‑Benefit Analysis and projected commissioning timeframe used for pan‑European planning.
