In 2004, early consultation was carried out with key statutory bodies on the Humber Gateway project, including the planned offshore wind farm and associated transmission infrastructure such as export cables and substations that would later form the Humber Gateway OFTO assets. This consultation gathered views from regulators and stakeholders to inform the scoping of environmental and planning work for the project.
