Description
GoBe Consultants was appointed as lead offshore EIA consultant for Hornsea Project Four. GoBe’s scope covered offshore work associated with site selection, EIA scoping, preliminary environmental information (Section 42) consultation, and support to the final application. The appointment also included responsibility for the Habitats Regulations Assessment (HRA) and management of the associated Evidence Plan process, delivered via a dedicated technical and project management team seconded to Ørsted over multiple years.
