Description
Pinsent Masons advised Ørsted on the Hornsea Three offshore wind project as it secured development consent from the UK Secretary of State. The legal support covered the Development Consent Order process for the nationally significant infrastructure project, which includes the offshore wind farm and associated transmission assets (export system and grid connection works).
