Description
Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy was contracted by Ørsted to supply and service 165 SG 8.0-167 DD direct-drive offshore wind turbines for the Hornsea Two offshore wind farm in UK waters, approximately 89 km off the Yorkshire coast. The scope covered turbine supply (including nacelles and blades) and a service agreement for the project.
