Ørsted and Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy signed a turbine supply contract for Hornsea Project Two under which Siemens Gamesa will provide and install 165 SG 8.0‑167 DD offshore wind turbines, each rated at 8.4 MW, for the project located about 89 km off the Yorkshire coast, with installation expected to begin in 2021.
