HICL Infrastructure completed the acquisition of a 75% shareholding in the offshore transmission assets associated with the Hornsea Two offshore wind farm. The majority stake, which represents around 3% of HICL’s portfolio by value and is held in partnership with Diamond Transmission Corporation, increases HICL’s exposure to regulated OFTO revenues linked to the 1.3 GW Hornsea Two project located 89 km off the Yorkshire coast.
