Ørsted signed an agreement to divest a 50% ownership stake in the 1.3 GW Hornsea Two offshore wind farm to a consortium comprising AXA IM Alts, acting on behalf of its clients, and Crédit Agricole Assurances. The transaction, valued at GBP 3 billion, will see each investor hold 25% of the project once it is fully commissioned and regulatory approvals are obtained, with Ørsted retaining the remaining 50% and continuing to construct and operate the wind farm from its O&M base in Grimsby.
