Royal Boskalis Westminster (Boskalis) was awarded an offshore export cable installation contract by Ørsted for Hornsea Two, covering preparation of the export cable route, and the installation and protection of three approximately 130 km export cable circuits connecting the offshore substation to the onshore substation via a horizontal directional drilling landfall at Horseshoe Point, with project execution starting later in 2019 and completion planned for late 2021.
