Optimus Wind Ltd, an Ørsted subsidiary, awarded Seaway 7 (a Subsea 7 group company) the contract to install the entire inner array grid cable system for the Hornsea Two offshore wind farm, including 165 66 kV copper‑core submarine composite cables totaling more than 420 km, along with pre‑installation surveys, boulder clearance, and post‑lay trenching, with offshore activities due to start in 2021.
