RLB provided commercial and cost management services for Hornsea Project One, including commercial success support, cost planning and cost modelling. The scope referenced commercial and cost management input associated with the main power collection rig and the offshore Reactive Compensation Substations (RCS) for the 1.2GW offshore wind farm off the Yorkshire coast.
