Description
PSC acted as technical advisor to Diamond Transmission Partners (DTP) and its lenders, providing technical due diligence during the tender and preferred bidder stages for the acquisition of Hornsea One OFTO transmission assets. PSC’s scope included review and reporting on offshore and onshore transmission assets, assessment of technical risks affecting integrity and operability, review of O&M activities and spares strategy, and forecasting of connection availability for revenue modelling under the OFTO availability incentive mechanism.
