Description
EEW supplied all monopile foundations for Dong Energy’s 1.2GW Hornsea Project One offshore wind farm in the UK North Sea. The monopiles (reported as approximately 900 tonnes each and 8.1 metres in diameter) were intended to support the project’s Siemens 7MW-class turbines.
