By 26 August 2022, Greencoat UK Wind plc had completed the acquisition of a net 12.5% stake in the 1.2 GW Hornsea One offshore wind farm from Global Infrastructure Partners for approximately £400 million, with the transaction funded from cash flow and its revolving credit facility and leaving Ørsted, GIP, Greencoat and TRIG holding 50%, 27.3%, 12.5% and 10.2% respectively once related TRIG transactions close.
