TenneT awarded a consortium of Boskalis and Orient Cables (NBO) the Hollandse Kust West Beta export cable contract, under which NBO will design and supply two 65-kilometre-long 220 kV AC export cable systems and a 9-kilometre 66 kV interconnector linking the Hollandse Kust West Alpha and Beta offshore substations to TenneT’s onshore grid at Wijk aan Zee.
