According to the Danish Energy Agency’s 2022 timetable, the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) of the offshore-based part of the Hesselø project, including offshore turbines and export cables, is expected to be carried out in 2025–2026, with the scoping phase planned for 2025. This scoping phase will include an early public consultation where stakeholders can comment on which topics and environmental impacts should be addressed in the offshore EIA.
