Description
White & Case LLP advised the lending group and the Export and Investment Fund of Denmark (EIFO) on the EIFO-covered financing package for EnBW’s 960 MW He Dreiht offshore wind farm in the German North Sea. The mandate covered legal support to the banks (including LBBW as agent and MLA, Commerzbank and KfW IPEX-Bank as MLAs) and EIFO in relation to an EIFO-guaranteed loan facility reported at €500 million for the project.
