On 25 March 2022, the German Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency (BSH) opened the public consultation for the EnBW He Dreiht offshore wind farm plan approval procedure. It announced that the full set of application and environmental documents would be available online and for inspection at BSH offices from 28 March to 27 April 2022, and invited written objections, statements and environmental comments from affected parties and recognised associations up to 27 May 2022, followed by an online consultation phase in June–July 2022.
