On 20 December 2022, the German Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency (BSH) issued the plan approval decision for the offshore wind farm "EnBW He Dreiht", granting consent for its construction and operation under Section 45 of the Offshore Wind Energy Act in conjunction with Section 74 of the Administrative Procedure Act. BSH later made a digital copy of the decision and established planning documents available online between 6 and 20 February 2023.
