Description
Garrad Hassan (GH) was contracted by npower renewables to undertake the Front End Engineering Development (FEED) study for the Gwynt y Môr Offshore Wind Farm off the coast of North Wales. GH’s FEED scope covered project-wide technical optimisation and contracting strategy development, including wind turbine layout and yield analysis, offshore structures, electrical system and grid connection, O&M, marine installation, cable installation, health and safety, and procurement support.
