N‑Sea Group was awarded a contract by Gwynt y Môr OFTO for a preemptive repair campaign on one of the four export cables forming part of the transmission link that connects the Gwynt y Môr offshore wind farm to the UK grid. Under the contract, N‑Sea is to carry out offshore operations starting in May 2022 to ensure the integrity of the export cable and maintain continuous transmission of renewable energy.
