Resource Assessment

In January 2025, a GREGY project presentation by Copelouzos Group’s subsidiary ELICA reported that the Group had concluded the Preliminary Feasibility Studies for the GREGY Egypt–Greece electrical interconnection. These early-stage studies assessed the commercial, technical and geopolitical parameters that inform the carefully designed route of the planned 3,000 MW green energy interconnector between Egypt and the Greek mainland. Completion of these preliminary feasibility studies marks a key early-development milestone, confirming that the initial resource and feasibility assessment phase for GREGY has been finalised.
