Ofgem published its Final Project Assessment decision for Greenlink on 30 September / 1 October 2021, confirming the project’s Cap and Floor regime for the GB share and setting out its view on efficient project costs. Ofgem stated that final financial parameters and provisional cap and floor levels would be confirmed following Greenlink’s financial close.
