The Irish regulator (CRU) published its decision paper on 18 December 2020, determining that a Cap and Floor regulatory regime was the appropriate revenue model for Greenlink in Ireland. The CRU concluded the regime would provide support to facilitate delivery while protecting consumers and noted it would continue work to finalise regime parameters and initial cap and floor levels.
