Greenlink submitted a detailed request to the Commission for Regulation of Utilities (CRU) on 30 August 2019 seeking a Cap and Floor revenue regime for 50% of the project’s regulatory asset value, operating costs and revenues. The submission asked the CRU to accept a closely aligned Cap and Floor regime to that which Ofgem had granted in principle in Great Britain.
