An Bord Pleanála issued the Comprehensive Decision for Greenlink in April 2022, covering all consents required for the project in Ireland as the designated Competent Authority for EU Projects of Common Interest (PCI). The Comprehensive Decision consolidated the statutory consents for the Irish elements of the scheme.
