Greenlink included the Marine Environmental Impact Assessment Report (Marine EIAR) as part of its Foreshore Licence application submitted to the Irish Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government (Foreshore Unit). The submission comprised the EIAR main volumes and appendices covering marine ecology, fisheries, archaeology, underwater noise and mitigations to support the foreshore consent.
